Important: Customers who file a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may be restricted from future purchases. We kindly ask for a chance to make things right — we’re a small team, and every order means the world to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

If you're located outside the United States, return shipping may take longer depending on your local postal service.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
