Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days to process orders that are in stock. You'll receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your order is on the way.


Store Pickup

We do not currently offer in-store pickup, as we don’t have a physical retail location yet.
However, if you’re local, we’re happy to personally deliver your order — and even help with installation if needed.


Shipping & Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your shipping address and select the shipping option if one is available.
Click “Continue to Shipping” to proceed.

Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our main warehouse.
If the local delivery option doesn’t appear during checkout, your address is outside our delivery zone.

- Orders placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day.

- Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Once your order is out for delivery or has shipped, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking information.


Pre-Order Items

Some items may be available for pre-order only.
Please carefully check product pages for any lead times or special shipping timeframes before placing your order.
These items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
