Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days to process in-stock orders.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends will ship the next business day

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional costs beyond base shipping, including duties, taxes, and import fees.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

SheetDelete is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our main warehouse.

  • If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your address is outside the delivery zone
  • Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive tracking or delivery updates

For local customers, we may also offer personal delivery and optional installation assistance at our discretion.


Store Pickup

We do not currently offer in-store pickup, as we do not operate a retail location at this time.


Pre-Order Items

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

  • Please review product pages for estimated lead times
  • Pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment may be delayed until all items are ready unless otherwise specified

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

SheetDelete is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered:

  • SheetDelete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery locations

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund
  • If an error is noticed, contact us immediately before the order ships
